    How to choose your ideal grinder?

    By tendency of your brewing methods(the icon is not an exhaustive one), pick "Pour Over" if you drink the drip coffee/French press/Cold Brew..., which with consistency of the grind coarseness; pick "Espresso" if you drink Espresso/Moka Pot/Turkish...which with a finer adjustment dial design.

    What kind of burr set is installed in the grinders?​

    As we have various models, installed of burr depends on the brewing methods, effects either the grinding efficient or strength to operate.

    Before the first use, what do I pay attention to?

    Your new grinder is ready to use when holding on your hands, all you need is ENJOY!
    By grinding some beans if you certainly worried, and set of the grind coarseness at the same time.

    How to adjust the grind setting of my grinders?

    [Internal / Top Numerical Adjustment]
    By twisting the adjustment dial in a clockwise position until reaching the lowest grind setting, then simply move the adjustment dial counter-clockwise to your preferred grind setting. More rotations signify a coarse grind.
    [External Numerical Adjustment Ring]
    Twist the adjustment dial to adjust the grind setting. The dial pointer (Red Dot) above the dial will tell you the number attributed to the grind setting as you would expect from an electric grinder. A smaller number signifies a finer grind.

    How to clean and care for my grinder?

    All 1Zpresso grinders can dismantle the body easily without the need for tools, allowing for thorough cleaning without the need to re-calibrate the burr after reassembly.
    [General Cleaning]
    The grinder should ONLY ever be cleaned with a dry brush and blower.
    ATTENTION! Do not clean the grinder with water.
    [Monthly Cleaning]
    By dismantling all parts, proper cleaning allows the best grinding results and the best taste in the cup.

    How to remove odour and the coffee oils?

    Simply grind the either rolled oats or instant oats instead, or wipe with the wet towel(without drip water) and dry it right away. Excessive moisture would damage the grinder.

    My grinds are getting stuck on the side of the catch cup as well as the internal adjustment mechanism. Is there any way to fix this?

    High-speed grinding at a fine setting may cause static electricity, by a small drop of water to reduce the affect.

    Please keep the grinder in dry condition, excessive moisture would damage it.

    Can I replace the burr? What is the useful life of my grinder?

    The burr was calibrated and fixed in place by the 1Zpresso team to ensure no wobbly parts or burrs that come loose as time goes on, which estimated grind approx 300KG by general use. We would supply once we have a better changing burr service.

    There is a small scratch on the surface of the catch cup, is that normal?

    Although manufacturing was carefully controlled to limit any substantial cosmetic defects, there may be small scratches on the surface of the aluminium body, similar to that of brushed steel.
    This is normal and expected, as part of the Anodizing Process.

    There have different wood grain on the surface of the handle ball knob, is that normal?

    Although manufacturing was carefully controlled to limit any substantial cosmetic defects, there may have different grain and small notches on the surface of the wooden ball.

    This is normal and expected, as part of natural wood.

    Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on your product?

    All 1Zpresso products include a one-year limited warranty under normal usage.
